How We Work
Restoria was established to bring the discipline of UK construction to the UAE. Our systems and procedures are derived from UK best practice and adapted to the regulatory environment of the Emirates, from preconstruction and programme management through to cost reporting, quality and handover.
That approach is supported by more than 25 years of combined experience across the UK and UAE. It brings together structured project governance, commercial transparency and disciplined site management, with clear reporting and documented quality throughout each stage of delivery.

Every project starts with a structured preconstruction phase covering scope, buildability, programme, procurement and risk. The aim is to resolve decisions before they become site problems.
